A- The simple answer is Yes, we handcraft all of our products in our own workshop so we can tailor most products to your exact needs.

Q - Do you accept returns?

A - Yes we accept returns within 14 days if you are not happy with your purchase. Personalised items can only be returned if arrived damaged.

Q - I can not find exactly what i want but i have an idea?

A - We welcome custom requests, please contact us to personalise any products.

Q -Are you based in the UK?

A - Yes we work from our workshop in Yorkshire.

Q- Do you offer wholesale or bulk discount?

A - Yes we do please get in touch if this is something you would be interested in.

Q - How are your products sent out?

A - We use a combination of Evri, DHL and Royal Mail, securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.
